PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

In Culinary Arts students will experience hands on operations of the restaurant and hospitality industries by learning about safety, sanitation, cooking methods, nutrition, customer service for front of house operations, catering, and banquets. Students will earn industry certifications in ServSafe to enhance their resume for job placement and internships.  Students will also have the opportunity to compete at the state and national level in front of house and back of house competitions.
